Ingredients (6 servings):- 200g DU BOIS DE LA ROCHE Lady Fingers
- 3 Cups of strong coffee
- 3 Eggs
- 125g Sugar
- 200ml Double cream
- 250g Mascarpone cheese
- 1 Cup of almond liqueur
- ½ Cup of brandy or whisky
- Shaved bittersweet chocolate

| Directions:Whisk the egg yolks with sugar until you get a strong eggnog; also whip the double cream until is slightly
thickened; lastly beat the egg whites and mascarpone cheese.
In a bowl put the coffee and after cooled dip in Lady Fingers biscuits; line the bottom of a high edges rectangular
container with a layer of biscuits tucking them well.
In a bowl mix with caution until you get a smooth and homogeneous cream the eggnog, the double cream, the egg white, the mascarpone cheese, the brandy / whisky and finally the almond liqueur. Spread half of this cream on top of the layer of Lady Fingers, flatten and repeat with a new layer of biscuits and cream. Let these stand in the fridge at least three hours.
